These terms cover your use of fliprousa.com, run by FLIPRO USA LLC ("FLIPRO USA", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site describes our presale renovation services and lets you request a free estimate. Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. Any work we do is set out in a separate written agreement that you sign before work begins, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on the site.
Not every property is suitable
Requesting an estimate does not commit you or us to anything. We assess each property and its market before accepting it onto the program. Scope, schedule and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
Where we work
We offer renovation services only in the states and areas we currently serve, listed on our Areas page. Our service areas change as we expand. Where a state or city requires a license for the work, it is carried out by a contractor licensed there.
No guarantees about results
Individual results vary. Past projects are not a prediction of future results. Sale price depends on property condition, local market conditions, renovation scope and buyer demand at the time of sale. We cannot guarantee that the market will not move during the renovation or sales period. Project figures shown are specific completed jobs, including projects delivered in Australia, and are illustrative only.

FLIPRO USA LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate, legal or tax advice. We recommend engaging a licensed agent for all sale-related advice, and your own attorney or tax adviser for legal and tax questions.
Information you send us
You agree that what you send us through the site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by sending spam, trying to access systems you are not allowed to, or copying our content for commercial use. The text, photos, logos and design on the site belong to FLIPRO USA or are used with permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FLIPRO USA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed renovation agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
