Privacy Policy

FLIPRO USA LLC ("FLIPRO USA", "we", "us") manages presale renovations for homeowners in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fliprousa.com and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have, wherever you live.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in our estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the property address. We also collect what you tell us about the property: its situation, who owns it, its rough value today, a rough renovation budget and an estimated value once finished.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our advertising partners collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, and similar usage data. This is collected with cookies and tracking pixels, described in our Cookie Policy.
• Information from calls, texts and emails. We keep records of our conversations with you about your property.

How we use it

• To contact you about your property, arrange a walkthrough and prepare a written estimate.
• To run and improve our website and services.
• To measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site, through Meta, Google and TikTok.
• To keep records required by law and to protect our rights.

Calls, texts and email

If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree that FLIPRO USA can contact you about your property by phone, text and email, including automated texts. Consent is not required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data is never sold or shared.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run our systems for us, such as GoHighLevel (our customer and messaging platform), Webflow (our website host) and our email and phone providers.
• Advertising and analytics partners (Meta, Google and TikTok), which receive data from their pixels on our site. Some state laws, such as California's, call this a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.
• Licensed trades and professionals working on your project, only after you have agreed to work with us and only what they need to do the job.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Project records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, give you a copy, correct it or delete it. You can also opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of your personal information. Several states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas, give these rights by law. We offer them to everyone. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will answer the appeal within 60 days.

California residents

In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, phone, email, property address, IP address), property details you give us, internet activity on our site, and approximate location based on your IP address. We collect them from you, from your browser or device, and from our advertising partners. We use them for the purposes listed above.

We disclose identifiers and property details to our service providers. We share internet activity with Meta, Google and TikTok for advertising, which California law treats as "sharing". You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.

You can ask someone to make a request for you as your authorized agent. We may ask them for your signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
