FLIPRO was founded in Australia in 2017 and has delivered more than 150 presale renovations since. Now we are in Texas, doing what we have always done: renovating your home before it goes to market, with one accountable team and the bill settled at closing.

Where it began

The renovation that started it all.

Before FLIPRO had a name, it had a reason. Our founder tells it best in the video.

In the 1990s, long before FLIPRO existed, our founder watched his mother renovate her home. She did not know how to find the right tradespeople, so she trusted the ones who showed up. She paid in cash. Nothing was put in writing.

It went the way those jobs often go. Corners were cut, one tradesman put a hole through the bathroom floor mid-job and asked for more money to finish, and by the end she had paid far more than the work was ever worth.

That renovation became the blueprint for everything FLIPRO does differently: the right trades under real contracts, a strategy set before work begins, and one team that answers for the result. Nobody should learn that lesson the way she did.
